From October 1st through June 22nd, guests enjoy our Famous Fabulous Hot & Cold
Adirondack Gourmet Brunch, served every morning from nine till noon in the Prospect Room,
and on the house! (Silly hats provided upon request.) Special dietary needs? No problem!
Just let us know beforehand and we'll gladly prepare yummy gluten-free, vegetarian,
vegan or lactose intolerant delights, every morning you're with us.

Open all year!
~ During the summer, weekly rentals only ~
10% additional for holiday weeks.

All our cottages have fully equipped kitchens (refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dishes, utensils, etc.),
bathrooms, linens, bath towels, porches, outdoor barbecue grills, free Cable TV and free wireless Internet.
Some cottages are wheelchair friendly. All are hypo allergenic; smoke-free and pet-free with non-feather pillows.

For those seeking the Ultimate Adirondack Experience, we are pleased to offer the Redview for the vacation of your dreams. Adjacent to Prospect Point Cottages but entirely private and secluded, this roomy, rustic, fully winterized home is only steps from the water. Walls of windows take full advantage of some of the finest views in Blue Mountain Lake - or anywhere on earth. The Redview features a large living room / kitchen and dining area, a stone fireplace, two bedrooms, a heated porch with two beds, and an outside deck.

 



It has its own private driveway, a private dock with 150' of lake frontage, its own canoe, and spacious lawns ideal for cookouts or stargazing. It's so close to the lake the gentle lapping of the waves will lull you to sleep at night. When you're feeling more sociable, just walk up the hill and visit your neighbors at Prospect Point Cottages. And guests of the Redview enjoy all the amenities of the Point - from the beach to badminton to the Library / Community Room.

For your health and comfort, smoking and pets are not permitted.


Cancellation Policy:

SUMMER SEASON: A reservation is firm once we have received payment of one half the total amount. If you cancel before May 15th we will will refund your deposit less a $50 handling fee. For cancellations made after May 15th your deposit will be retained unless we are able to rent that unit. Guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation if they fail to cancel and don't arrive.

FALL WINTER AND SPRING SEASONS: A reservation is firm once we have received payment of one half the total amount. If you cancel more than three (3) weeks prior to your reservation we will refund your deposit less a $50 handling fee. For cancellations of less than three (3) weeks, your deposit will be retained. Guests will be charged the full amount of the reservation if they fail to cancel and don't arrive.
